StreamShark has four plans. Billed annually, Standard is $159/month, Team is $399/month, and Business is $799/month; month-to-month those plans are $199, $499, and $999. Enterprise is custom-priced for larger organizations. Every plan includes the full live streaming and video on demand platform, and a free trial is available before you pay.
Yes. Every StreamShark plan includes the full live streaming and video on demand platform. There are no separate products to buy and no add-ons. Each plan's data transfer, storage, and encoding allowances are shared across both.
The free trial runs for 14 days and gives you full access to everything in the Business plan, so you can put both live streaming and video on demand through their paces before choosing a plan. Trials are approved on request.
Annual billing saves you 20% versus month-to-month. Both give you the same plan features. Annual is paid up front for the year; monthly is pay-as-you-go and can be changed at any time.
USD. All plans are billed in USD. Australian customers are additionally billed 10% GST.
A lot of customers use us for single events. As our plans can be cancelled at any time, you can use our platform however you like. If you're planning a one-off event, talk to our team.
Data transfer overage is billed at $0.10/GB on Standard, $0.09/GB on Team, and $0.08/GB on Business. Storage overage is billed at the same per-GB rate as data transfer on each plan, and VOD encoding overage is $0.50/GB. Enterprise pricing is custom.
For self sign-up plans, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
On a monthly plan you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the customer portal, and changes apply immediately. On a yearly plan you can upgrade at any time; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal.
